Type here The inventor of the piano mechanism that has arrived to our days was a Italian builder of  instruments, in the city of Padua, called Bartolomeo Cristofori.
Used to build  harpsichords(clavecines) to the aristocratic family of Medicis and endowed with great concern and anxiety to investigate introduced the world's first instrument in which the strings with small hammers were striked(percutidas) using the keys. This instrument dates back to the year 1702. It could also have 2 keyboards because many compositors like Mozart or J.S Bach made many songs in these year with the harpsichords and it may have the same notes in both hands.
