COOKIES

   The word cookie originally came from the Dutch
keokje, meaning "little cake."
     Cookies were
invented by Ruth Graves (1903-1977).
                                                                 


                                               How to prepare cookies (24 portions):
                              Preparation: 15min > Cooking : 25min > Ready in: 40 minutes
                                 
                              Ingredients:
                                                 
                                                 · 300g of butter
                                                 · 1¼ cups brown sugar
                                                 · 2/3 cup powdered sugar
                                                 · 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
                                                 · 2 eggs, beaten
                                                 · 3¼ cups flour
                                                 · 1 teaspoon baking powder
                                                 · 300 g of chocolate chips


                                     Steps:
1- Place the butter, brown sugar, powdered sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Beat until smooth it. Slowly add the beaten eggs. 
2- Sift flour with baking powder and add to the mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
3- Place 3 tablespoons, one above the other on a greased baking sheet. Repeat, leaving enough space between portions.
4- And finally, bake at 160 ° C for about 25 minutes.
