CHOCOLATEChocolate is one of my favourite meals. I could be always eating it! I love eating it with other sweets, in ice cream , or just in chocolate bars. Chocolate it's not just delicious, but also it's a very healthy meal, of course if we eat it moderately.
Chocolate is the food that is made by mixing sugar with two products derived from the manipulation of cocoa beans. Cocoa was first cultivated in South and Central America, in areas near the Amazon River thousands of years ago.The Mayans were the first to make chocolate as it is known today. Chocolate usually comes in three varieties: black, white and milk chocolate with cocoa powder contributing to its brown color.
-Black chocolate: this is my favourite flavour! It helps fight muscle contractions and premenstrual pains. Containing phenylalanine helps improve mood to be happy, and controls mood swings. -Milk chocolate: it's the most popular flavour and you can find it in hundreds of shapes. It has cocoa powder, and as its name suggests, it contains added milk, in powder or condensed.
-White chocolate: it has a very light colour because it doesn't contain cocoa. It's very sweet, although it's also the least healthy flavour of chocolate.
